Endoscopes, Urinary Tract
Definition : Endoscopes designed for insertion in the urinary tract for visual examination, biopsy, removal or crushing of stones, and treatment of lesions in all or most of the tract, including the urethra, bladder, ureters, and renal pelvis. Urinary-tract endoscopes may be inserted either directly in the tract through the urethra or percutaneously through an incision in the renal pelvis.
