Programmer/Testers, Implantable Infusion Pump
Definition : Programmer/testers designed for noninvasively testing and/or changing (i.e., programming) the drug-delivery rate of implanted infusion pumps. These devices typically consist of a computerized unit, including a programming head that can interact with the implanted infusion pump, sending programming signals to the pump and receiving status information from it.
