Definition : Laboratory syringes designed to inject samples into chromatography system ports. These devices typically consist of low-volume (usually in the range of microliters) gas- and/or liquid-tight syringes that include either Luer locks or fixed needles. Laboratory chromatography syringes are available for use in thin-layer, gas, liquid, and high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC).
