Definition : Immunoassay reagents intended to perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses on a body fluid sample (e.g., serum) to determine antibodies against nuclear substructures known as nuclear dots (ND10) that contain several cellular proteins (e.g., Sp100, promyelocytic leukemia protein, NDP52). These antibodies are associated to autoimmune diseases, such as primary biliary cirrhosis, promyelocytic leukemia, other forms of neoplasias, and some viral infections.
