Definition : Prepackaged collections (custom or standard) of the necessary medication and drug delivery supplies intended for immediate use in medical emergencies. Items in these kits typically include several different drugs intended for use in specific emergencies (e.g., drugs for emergency resuscitation procedures), prefilled syringes/bristojets, gauze, antiseptic swabs, etc.
