IVD Test Reagent/Kits, Hematology, Fibrinolysis, Plasmin-Alpha2-Antiplasmin Complex
Definition : Hematology reagents intended to perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses on a body fluid sample (typically plasma) to determine plasmin-alpha2-antiplasmin, a complex that results from the binding of the alpha2 plasmin inhibitor to the lysine binding site on plasmin. The level of these complexes in blood is associated with the activation of the fibrinolytic system.
