Tables, Operating, Upper Extremity
Definition : Operating tables designed for performing arm and hand surgical procedures. Most of these tables include a large platform which permits simultaneous access to the operative site by several members of the surgical team. Some of these tables also include drain and/or prepping pans. Upper-extremities operating tables are usually portable or mobile, so they can be moved to the examining table in places such as emergency rooms.
