Lasers, Nd:YAG, Frequency-Doubled

Definition : Nd:YAG lasers in which passing the energy through a crystal, typically KPT (potassium titanyl phosphate), doubles the frequency of the emitted laser light. Their emission wavelength is 532 nm (green). These lasers are operated in continuous-wave, pulsed, and Q-switched modes. The laser energy can be delivered through a flexible optical glass fiber.
