Definition : Manual defibrillators that include an electrocardiograph, a microphone, a battery, a cellular telephone, and a base station consisting of a control panel, an ECG, and a display with recording facilities. These devices allow remote electrocardiographic diagnosis and defibrillation control of patients by physicians by means of a telephone connection.
